wwpLeosNtpServerResolvedAddr

Module: WWP-LEOS-NTP-CLIENT-MIB

OID (symbolic): WWP-LEOS-NTP-CLIENT-MIB::wwpLeosNtpServerResolvedAddr

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6141.2.60.18.1.1.4.1.4

Description: Specifies the resolved IP address if wwpLeosNtpServerAddr is set to host name. If wwpLeosNtpServerAddr is set to IP address then wwpLeosNtpServerResolvedAddr will be the same as wwpLeosNtpServerAddr. If the IP address is an IPv6, this OID will be set to 0.0.0.0 and the wwpLeosNtpServerAddrType will be set to other(0).

What is wwpLeosNtpServerResolvedAddr?

The resolved IPv4 address for this NTP server entry: if wwpLeosNtpServerAddr was set to a host name, this shows the address that name resolved to; if it was already an IP address, this matches it exactly; and if the address is IPv6, this object reads 0.0.0.0 with wwpLeosNtpServerAddrType showing other(0) instead. Admins should check wwpLeosNtpServerResolvedInetAddr instead when working with an IPv6 NTP server.
