wwpLeosNtpClientPollFreq

Module: WWP-LEOS-NTP-CLIENT-MIB

OID (symbolic): WWP-LEOS-NTP-CLIENT-MIB::wwpLeosNtpClientPollFreq

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6141.2.60.18.1.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-write

Description: The polling frequency at which NTP server will be polled if the NTP client is configured to be in polling mode. The value of this object should be multiple of 16. The change in the NTP mode will only be effective when NTP client is enabled and should not be set at the same time either Min or Max polling frequency is set.

What is wwpLeosNtpClientPollFreq?

The NTP polling interval (16-4096, must be a multiple of 16) used when the client is in polling mode; the setting only takes effect once the NTP client is enabled, and must not be set at the same time as the min/max polling frequency objects. Admins lower this for tighter clock discipline or raise it to reduce polling traffic to the NTP server.
