What is wsInfraProcMonSystemRestart?

wsInfraProcMonSystemRestart is a TruthValue controlling whether the Process Monitor will reboot the entire system after a failed process reaches its maximum restart count. Admins set this to true(1) if they want a full system restart as a last resort when a critical process can't be recovered by process-level restarts alone, or to false(2) to leave the system running even if a process gives up restarting. For example, an admin managing a device with a critical always-on process might set wsInfraProcMonSystemRestart to true so the whole box reboots automatically rather than limping along with that process dead.
