Description: Difference between local and UTC in minutes.

What is vlsTimeZone?

This read-write value sets the device's local time zone offset from UTC, in minutes, allowed to range from -720 to +780. Set this so the device's local timestamps (in logs and alarms) match the site's actual time zone.
