What is frDlcmiErrorThreshold?
The maximum number of unanswered status enquiries the equipment accepts before declaring the frame-relay interface down, defaulting to 3, per its DESCRIPTION (Counter N392). Lowering this makes the interface declare failure faster on a flaky link; raising it tolerates more missed responses before flagging a problem.
