To create an entry in this table, the following entry objects MUST be explicitly configured: usdAtmVpTunnelRowStatus usdAtmVpTunnelKbps
In addition, when creating an entry the following condition must hold: A correponding usdAtmVpTunnelIfIndex value must have been created in the usdAtmIfTable previously.
What is usdAtmVpTunnelRowStatus?
Read-create RowStatus controlling creation/deletion of a VP tunnel entry (createAndGo/destroy only); the underlying ATM interface entry in usdAtmIfTable must already exist before a tunnel can be created over it. This is the provisioning control for setting up a new VP tunnel via SNMP.
