Description:
The shortest round-trip-time (RTT) for the pings that have received responses. The value of this object MUST be set to zero when the atmfM4VpTestStatus object transitions from notInUse(0) to inUse(1). A value of zero for this object implies that no ping responses have been received for the current test.
