Read-only detailed OAM VC state for this PVC covering AIS/RDI alarm reception and up/down retry verification (e.g. oamVcOperStateUp(4), oamVcOperStateDown(5), oamVcOperStateNotManaged(6)). This gives a finer-grained view of circuit health than the simpler loopback status, useful for diagnosing why a circuit is considered down.
