What Is USR-TCP-MIB?
USR-TCP-MIB is a CommWorks Corporation (a 3Com Company, U.S. Robotics heritage) proprietary MIB configuring TCP-process behavior on the commWorks remote-access platform. Its objects cover a config-modified flag, config file name, max connections, Nagle-algorithm status, keepalive status/interval, and an ahead-of-segment-dropped counter. As a configuration/performance MIB it lets an administrator confirm TCP tuning (Nagle, keepalive, max connections) and watch out-of-order segment drops on a CommWorks (3Com/U.S. Robotics) remote-access platform. It is deployed on CommWorks (3Com/U.S. Robotics) remote-access platforms. Engineers can download the USR-TCP-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
