Description: state of backup interface 0 : none 1 : normal operation 2 : backup mode 3 : wait to backup 4 : wait to revert 5 : both down 6 : disable
What is ubiReduStatus?
This object reports the current operational state of this port redundancy pairing: normal operation(1) if the primary is actively carrying traffic, backup mode(2) if the backup interface has taken over, wait to backup(3) or wait to revert(4) during transition delays, both down(5) if neither interface is up, or disable(6) if redundancy is turned off for this pairing. Admins use this as the primary health indicator for a redundancy pair when troubleshooting a link failover event. For example, ubiReduStatus reporting both down(5) is a critical alert meaning both the primary and backup interfaces are currently down, leaving that connection with no path at all.
