What is ubiCfmMepRdi?
The state of the Remote Defect Indication (RDI) bit this MEP is currently sending in its CCM frames: true means RDI=1 (this MEP has detected a defect and is telling its peers), false means no defect is being signaled. This is how a MEP that notices a problem informs the far end, even if the far end's own receive path looks fine.
