What is ubiCfmMepCCEnable?
Whether this MEP actively generates CCM messages: enable(1) to transmit, disable(2) to stop, or passive(3) to receive and process CCMs from peers without transmitting its own. Passive mode is useful for a MEP that should monitor the service without adding to the CCM traffic itself.
