What is tnOchGroupXcItuUserEncodingZA?
Lets an operator manually assign the modulation type for this connection group's Z-to-A direction, in the range 1-9000 plus the clear value 9998; it must be set together with tnOchGroupXcItuUserBitRateZA. Note: the MIB's own DESCRIPTION text for this object says 'in the AZ direction,' apparently copy-pasted from the sibling AZ object; its name and its pairing with tnOchGroupXcItuUserBitRateZA make clear it actually governs the ZA direction.
