Reports the outcome of the most recently executed tnAsonFeasibilityCommand as a human-readable string, such as "Success", "Remote transfer in progress", or one of several specific failure messages like "Failed - Invalid remote server IP address". An admin polls this to confirm a feasibility file transfer actually completed rather than just assuming it did.
