What is tmnxPortCemStatsEgrURunCounts?
This OID counts how many times the outgoing jitter buffer ran out of data. Higher counts indicate the network is too slow to keep the buffer filled. An operator checks this when voice or other real-time services sound bad, to determine if network delay is the culprit.
