Description: The value of tmnxOpticalPortTdcmCfgAlarms specifies the alarms that are monitored by the tunable dispersion compensation module's interface. If an alarm bit is set, then the corresponding alarm will generate a raise or clear notification when its state changes. An unset bit specifies that the alarm corresponding with the bit will not report on its state transitions.
