Description:
The value of tmnxATMIntfBufferPool specifies the percentage of the buffers configured on this interface over the maximum allowed on this interface.
The value can only be changed if tmnxATMIntfCustomBufferMode is set to 'true'. Changing tmnxATMIntfCustomBufferMode to 'false' will reset tmnxATMIntfBufferPool back to the default value.
