This counter tracks the lower 32 bits of the total number of packets successfully forwarded through class 8 of an egress traffic shaper on a port, where the shaper enforces outgoing bandwidth limits. Since 64-bit counters are split into high and low halves in SNMP, this object provides the lower portion for reading large packet counts. Operators monitor this alongside the high-bits counter to track total traffic volume shaped through the highest-priority service class.
