This counter tracks the higher 32 bits of the total number of bytes monitored (counted for measurement purposes) by an egress traffic shaper on class 5 priority, where each shaper class is monitored independently for billing or performance analysis. Since 64-bit byte counts are split into high and low halves for SNMP compatibility, this provides the upper portion of the statistic. Operators use this to measure sustained traffic volumes through each priority class and verify SLA compliance.
