This counter tracks the total number of bytes that have been successfully forwarded out of a port using the class 3 egress expanded traffic shaper. The expanded shaper is a traffic management tool that polices and queues outgoing traffic into different priority classes. An operator monitors this counter to verify that the expected volume of traffic is being properly delivered through class 3 priority queue and to troubleshoot any traffic shaping anomalies.
