What is tLagPortReasonDownFlags?
This obsolete bitmap reported why a LAG member port was operationally down: unknown(0) for an unspecified cause, or linklossFwd(1) when a SAP on that port had sapEthernetLLFOperStatus set to fault; superseded in later revisions of this MIB.
