Description: The value of tmnxIPsecStaticSADirection specifies the direction to which this static SA entry can be applied.

This is an optional object when creating an entry in tmnxIPsecStaticSATable.

What is tmnxIPsecStaticSADirection?

This specifies whether the static SA applies to inbound traffic, outbound traffic, or both (bidirectional), the latter being the default. An admin sets this to control whether the SA is used for decrypting incoming packets, encrypting outgoing packets, or both directions of the tunnel. For example, leaving it at the default bidirectional setting means the same SA handles both directions of a site-to-site tunnel.
