Description:
Indicates the status of the synchronous equipment timing subsystem. If the tmnxSyncIfTimingRef1Qualified and tmnxSyncIfTimingRef2Qualified are both set to 'not-qualified, then tmnxMDASyncIfTimingStatus is set to 'not-qualified'. If any of the timing references is in use, then tmnxMDASyncIfTimingStatus is set to 'qualified'. tmnxMDASyncIfTimingStatus will be set to 'not-applicable' if this MDA does not use the transmit timing subsystem.
What is tmnxMDASyncIfTimingStatus?
This read-only object reports the status of timing synchronization for a Media Dependent Adapter (MDA) card's transmit subsystem, with values indicating qualified, not-qualified, or not-applicable states. When both timing references fail to qualify, this status becomes not-qualified; if any reference is in use, it transitions to qualified. It is marked not-applicable if the MDA does not use the transmit timing subsystem.
