Generated when an alarm condition on the first timing reference is cleared. This notification will have the same indices as those of the tmnxCpmCardTable.

This OID represents a notification (alert) that fires when the first timing reference clears an alarm condition. Timing references synchronize the entire system clock; when one has a problem and then recovers, this alert notifies monitoring systems.
