Description:
The value of tmnxCpmCardOscillatorType indicates the type of oscillator present on the card.
An Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) is required for the card to support IEEE 1588 clock recovery. A Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) is not sufficient.
The type of oscillator also affects the holdover performance of the system.
