Description: The value of tApsLineSFHoldTime specifies the time, in 100s of milliseconds, that the APS group will remain operational up before reporting a Line Signal Failure due to lais or b2err-sf.

What is tApsLineSFHoldTime?

This value sets how long, in units of 100 milliseconds from 0 to 100 (0 to 10 seconds), the APS group stays reported as operationally up before declaring a Line Signal Failure due to LAIS or a B2 error rate signal failure, defaulting to 0 (immediate). An admin raises this to add a debounce delay before declaring a line signal failure, avoiding a switchover triggered by a very brief signal glitch. Setting tApsLineSFHoldTime to 20 (2 seconds) means a signal-fail condition must persist for 2 seconds before the APS group reports a Line Signal Failure.
