Description: The value of tApsLineSDHoldTime specifies the time, in 100s of milliseconds, that the APS group will remain operational up before reporting a Line Signal Degredation due to b2err-sd.

What is tApsLineSDHoldTime?

This value sets how long, in units of 100 milliseconds from 0 to 100 (0 to 10 seconds), the APS group stays reported as operationally up before declaring a Line Signal Degradation due to a B2 error rate signal-degrade condition, defaulting to 0 (immediate). An admin raises this to add a debounce delay before declaring signal degradation, avoiding overreacting to a brief transient error-rate blip. Setting tApsLineSDHoldTime to 30 (3 seconds) means a signal-degrade condition must persist for 3 seconds before the APS group reports a Line Signal Degradation.
