Description: Number of consecutive measurements that must be produced with the speed below the configured threshold so an SNMP event (TRAP) 'Threshold not reached'. A measurement received above the threshold will restart the counter.

The number of consecutive below-threshold measurements (1-255) required before this probe fires its 'Threshold not reached' trap; a single measurement above the threshold resets the count. An admin raises this to avoid alerting on a single transient slow measurement, requiring sustained degradation instead.
