Module: TELDAT-MON-PROTOCOL-DLSw-MIB

OID (symbolic): TELDAT-MON-PROTOCOL-DLSw-MIB::telProdNpMonProtDLSwSessDeleteDo

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: If the variable is set to 1, the session corresponding to the entry of which order number is indicated by the index, and the entries corresponding to it in the previous table disappear (active session table and detailed parameters of active sessions table). In a read operation (get) the value 2 will be get if the last delete attempt succeeded, 3 if an error ocurred and 4 if no sessions delete operation has been performed.

What is telProdNpMonProtDLSwSessDeleteDo?

Writing 1 (delete) tears down the session identified by telProdNpMonProtDLSwSessDeleteIndex and removes its corresponding rows from the Active Sessions and Session Detail tables; reading it back returns 2 (ok) if the last delete succeeded, 3 (error) if it failed, or 4 (undefined) if no delete has been attempted, per its own DESCRIPTION. Admins use this to forcibly clear a stuck SNA/NetBIOS session without waiting for its own timers to expire.
