What is telProdNpMonIfcPPPLCPStTermAckRx?

Counts Terminate Ack LCP frames received on this link/interface. This frame type is sent in reply to a Terminate Request, confirming the link/session is closing; an admin watches this counter for unusually frequent Terminate Ack frames, since that pattern (rather than a one-time count at link-up) points to the two ends failing to agree on LCP parameters and repeatedly retrying negotiation instead of reaching the opened state. A Terminate Ack received when the local end did not expect one is itself a sign the link has just been closed from the far end.
