What is telProdNpMonIfcPPPLCPStConfNakRx?

Counts Configure Nak LCP frames received on this link/interface. This frame type is sent in reply to a Configure Request to reject some proposed options while suggesting alternative values the far end would accept; an admin watches this counter for unusually frequent Configure Nak frames, since that pattern (rather than a one-time count at link-up) points to the two ends failing to agree on LCP parameters and repeatedly retrying negotiation instead of reaching the opened state.
