What is telProdNpMonIfcPPPIPCPStTermAckTx?

Counts Terminate Ack NCP (IPCP) frames transmitted on this link/interface. This frame type is sent in reply to a Terminate Request, confirming the link/session is closing; an admin watches this counter for unusually frequent Terminate Ack frames, since that pattern (rather than a one-time count at link-up) points to the two ends failing to agree on NCP (IPCP) parameters and repeatedly retrying negotiation instead of reaching the opened state. This object is STATUS obsolete; use telProdNpMonIfcPPPNCPIPCPStTermAckTx instead.
