Description: This variable when is readed shows the output from the last attempt to restart interface statistics. Possible values are: 2 (ok) if the restart was performed succesfully, 3 (error) if an error ocurred and 4 (undefined) if nobody has tried to restart the table yet. In set operations, the value 1 (it is the only value that can be assigned by a writing operation) causes statistics to restart.

What is telProdNpMonIfcPPPCommClear?

Read gives the outcome of the last attempt to reset this interface's statistics via the CLEAR command: 2 (ok), 3 (error), or 4 (undefined) if never attempted. An admin triggers a full statistics reset for the interface by writing the value 1 here, useful for getting a clean baseline across every counter table (LCP, IPCP, CCP, etc.) at once rather than clearing each protocol's stats table individually.
