Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-only

Description: Control Channel Reassignment Timeout: Represents the time (in minutes), between switching the control channel from one channel to another.

Control channel reassignment should be used only when there is a compelling (i.e. regulatory) reason to move the control channel at intervals.

If this feature is used it is recommended that jammed channels are inhibited from becoming control channels.

If set to 0, the lowest numbered, uninhibited channel becomes the control channel and remains so unless it fails. If it fails the node will reassign the next lowest numbered channel.

Immediately before reassignment, the control channel issues a MOVE command to all radios to transfer them to the new control channel frequency.

What is tn9300SiteCCReassignTimeout?

The time in minutes between automatic control-channel reassignments at this site; 0 disables rotation and the lowest-numbered uninhibited channel stays the control channel unless it fails. Per the source description this should only be used for regulatory reasons, and jammed channels should be inhibited from becoming control channels when it's enabled.
