What is t11vfLocallyEnabledRowStatus?
This object controls the lifecycle of a locally-enabled VF_ID entry for a given port, using the standard RowStatus mechanism; once a row is active, only this object and the storage type can still be changed. Admins use it to add or remove a Virtual Fabric from the set locally enabled on a specific port. For example, an admin would set this to createAndGo(4) to locally enable an additional Virtual Fabric ID on that port.
