What is t11NsOutRscns?
A running count of RSCNs (Registered State Change Notifications) this switch has transmitted to inform other fabric members of Name Server-related changes. High values mean this switch is actively propagating fabric membership changes outward, which can be a symptom of an unstable link somewhere in the fabric.
