Zero when this Name Server information subset isn't tied to a local Fibre Channel switch; otherwise a non-zero value identifying that local switch (matching fcmSwitchIndex in the FC-MGMT-MIB). Lets an admin correlate name-server data with the specific switch instance it came from in a multi-switch fabric.
