What is t11FLockRowStatus?
This RowStatus value manages this fabric lock table row, but can only be modified or deleted when the row's t11FLockInitiatorType is snmp, since locks initiated via CLI or SSB are managed by those other mechanisms rather than SNMP. Admins use it to release an SNMP-established fabric lock they no longer need. Setting it to destroy on an SNMP-initiated lock row would release that fabric-wide lock, allowing other operations to proceed.
