Description: This object specifies the IP address of the location of the initiator that established this lock via a request of the type given by the corresponding instance of t11FLockInitiatorType. In cases where the corresponding instance of t11FLockInitiatorIpAddrType has the value: 'unknown', the value of this object is the zero-length string.

What is t11FLockInitiatorIpAddr?

This value is the IP address of the location from which the initiator established this fabric lock, and is a zero-length string when the address type is unknown. Admins use it to trace which host or management station on the network requested the fabric lock, useful when tracking down who to contact about a stuck or unexpected lock. For example, an IP address of 10.1.1.50 would identify the management station that issued the SNMP SetRequest establishing this lock.
