What is t11FamConfigDomainIdType?
Selects how t11FamConfigDomainId is interpreted: preferred(1) accepts any Domain_ID if the request can't be granted, insistent(2) requires exactly that Domain_ID or isolates the switch, and static(3) assigns it directly without a Principal Switch.
