Each instance of the media-specific table associated with this historyControlEntry will be deleted by the agent if this historyControlEntry is not equal to valid(1).
What is rcRateLimitVlanPortHistoryControlStatus?
Read-write EntryStatus (RMON-style) controlling activation of a history-control entry; once it is not 'valid', the agent deletes every associated sample row in rcRateLimitVlanPortHistoryTable. Set it to valid(1) to start collecting periodic samples for the associated VLAN/port.
