What is rcAutoConfigStartupEnable?

This read-only object reports whether auto-configuration is set to run automatically when the switch boots up. Admins check it to confirm whether a device is expected to attempt fetching its configuration from the network on every restart, which is useful when diagnosing why a switch did or did not pull new settings after a reboot. If rcAutoConfigStartupEnable reads "enable" but the switch still boots with stale config, the problem likely lies with the TFTP server or file path rather than the startup trigger itself.
