What is stnSessionIndex?
A sequence number that uniquely identifies one row in the Spring Tide session table, covering PPP, tunnel, and other session types running on the box. Admins use it purely as the row key when correlating stnSessionType, stnSessionContext, and stnSessionOperStatus for a particular session.
