Interface is DryingUp if it is administratively out of service and is drying up (no new calls, still carrying in-progress calls). OTHER VALUES ARE NO LONGER SUPPORTED
What is sonusSonetPortAdmnOperStatus?
Reports the actual state of the SONET port: up if in service with no line or hardware faults, down if in service but faulted (or administratively out of service), or dryingUp while being taken out of service.
