What is sleVoipRtpProfileDtmfEvent?
Whether DTMF digits are transferred as RFC2833-style RTP telephone-events; this value is only meaningful when sleVoipRtpProfileOob is enabled, since out-of-band DTMF must be off before in-band audio tones would even be considered.
