What is sleVoipProtocol?
Reports which call-control protocol the VoIP subsystem is currently using: none, SIP, or MGCP. This determines whether the SIP-specific tables (sleVoipSipUser, sleVoipSipAgent) or the MGCP-specific tables (sleVoipMgcpEndpoint, sleVoipMgcpAgent) are the relevant ones to look at for call signaling status.
