The voice codec selected for this media profile: G.711 a-law (pcmu(0) per this enum's numbering), G.723, G.711 mu-law-labeled variant (pcma(8)), or G.729. G.729 trades call quality for much lower bandwidth than G.711, which matters when provisioning many concurrent calls over a limited WAN link.
