Description: Setting this variable to 1 will cause the counters on all of the Optical APS Config Table to be initialized to zero (read-write).
What is optApsConfigResetCounters?
Read-create write-only-in-practice INTEGER; setting it to resetCounters(1) zeroes out all the counters (signal failures, switchovers, etc.) across the entire optApsConfigTable, not just this row -- use it to get a clean baseline after resolving a known issue.
