What is sheL2cpControlRequest?
Issues an L2CP management command - createL2cpIf, deleteL2cpIf, modifyL2cpIf, or assignPortToPartition - using the accompanying sheL2cpControl* parameter objects to create, remove, or reconfigure an L2CP interface or reassign a port's partition.
