What is mpegProgESCaDescr?
mpegProgESCaDescr holds the conditional-access descriptor specific to this individual elementary stream, returned as a zero-length string if the stream has no associated CA descriptor. An operator would check this when a program overall has CA information but a specific audio or data component within it appears to be handled differently.
